Sports Medicine took on some math in class with a Kinesiology lab. They calculated V02 max, peak power output, and functional threshold power using their own fitness level.

Payment Schedule:
First Payment: $25 due by November 3rd, 2023.
Second Payment: $20 due by December 22nd, 2023.
Third Payment: $20 due by March 28th, 2024.
Final Payment: $20 due upon yearbook pickup.

Students and staff showed off their school spirit this week by dressing up in various themes leading up to Pink out in honor of the Barbie homecoming dance! Yearbook was there to capture it all.

We are looking for community member, parent and alumni volunteers to participate in our BRAVE Day. Volunteers will create a 1 hour workshop and share that workshop with students during 2 sessions on Nov 22nd. Workshops can be career in nature or a fun experience.
