We are proud to share that The Greater Egg Harbor Regional High School District received an Honorable Mention in the 2025 MHFA Impact Awards, recognized by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. This recognition was awarded for our outstanding work, highlighting our district’s dedication to Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), advocacy and training.
Out of an extraordinary number of high caliber submissions from across the country, we are proud to stand out. Although we were not selected as the overall award winner, being one of only five nationally to receive this honorable mention is a meaningful acknowledgment of the important mental health initiatives happening within our schools.
We would like to thank all involved from the district in supporting our mental health initiatives and extend our gratitude to the National Council and the MHFA Impact Awards Committee for this recognition. We remain committed to continuing our efforts in promoting mental wellness and supporting our students, staff, and community.
