Congratulations to the Academic Team on their First place finish at the Oakcrest High School Brain Brawl.
Absegami Gold won with 3400 points defeating district rivals Oakcrest and Cedar Creek.
The Gold team members were captain Xander Mass, seniors Abdullah Imran, Kristina Wiggins, Sophia Amurao and junior Derek Tran.
Absegami's second team consisted of juniors Ben Klapatch, Juhi Jha, Shyna Kataria, Nidhi Patel and freshman Kayden Komraus. They defeated Cedar Creek as well.
