Welcome to the Culinary Arts Program!
I’m thrilled to kick off another exciting year at Absegami High School! This marks my sixth year here, and I can’t wait to embark on the 2025-2026 journey with all of you.
We’ll begin the year by mastering kitchen management, safety, and sanitation—fundamental skills that will set the stage for our many cooking labs and special events. I’m especially excited about continuing our work with Braves Bistro our catering service and hosting guest chefs. We also have a district food truck for events and attend culinary field trips.
