Absegami's Dance Team is currently comprised of two teams: Football and Basketball. Dancers can be on both teams. Dancers must audition/try out to be a part of the dance team. Auditions for all teams are held in the spring. Dancers on the Football and Basketball teams perform at local, community, and professioal sporting events. They provide spirit for Absegami High School's Varsity Football and Varsity Girls and Boys Basketball Teams. In the future, a competition team may be added again. Dancers on the competition team compete at competitions for school based dance teams throughout the state.
