About Our Club
The Chess Club & Team is dedicated to promoting critical thinking, sportsmanship, and a love of chess throughout our school community. Members have the opportunity to participate in weekly meetings, instructional sessions, casual games, team practices, and competitive matches against other schools in the South Jersey Chess League.
Through teamwork, preparation, and friendly competition, students build confidence, problem-solving skills, and lasting friendships both on and off the board.
